Meadens is a family-run dealership based in Christchurch, Dorset. They own and run an Omoda Jaecoo dealership as part of the wider Meadens group.
What they wanted
A consistent social media presence and a steady flow of qualified leads into the showroom.
The before state
Single videos were struggling to hit 10,000 views. A couple a month would come close. Occasionally one would just sneak past. Comment sections weren't converting curiosity into enquiries because it wasn't structured to invite them in.

TikTok led. Same videos cross-posted to Instagram Reels and Facebook. The 1.5M+ month came from all three formats lifting together across all three platforms.

Views, reach and engagement were tracked through TikTok and Meta native analytics. Lead generation was tracked through showroom enquiry forms, comment-to-DM conversion notes, and ringback requests where the prospect referenced a social touchpoint as their source.
